Polaris Headlights Not Working My head lights will not turn on The odd day I will get them to go on and stay on but then as soon as I power down Thats it for them for a few weeks I have looked in every connection cleaned them out and di electric greesed I have checked and regreased every fuse I have fully charged my battery to 100
1 Unplug the headlamp from the wiring harness Be sure to pull on the connector not on the wiring 2 Turn the lamp counterclockwise to remove it 3 Install the new lamp Make sure the tab on the lamp locates properly in the housing The bulb is part number 4010253 for RZR 570 models and part number 4012279 for 570 EPS Premium Swap the chassis relay with another one and see it they work Download Service Manual and wiring diagram from Q Ball s signature and get into the wiring diagrams Check bottom of relays for corrosion check back of ignition switch for corrosion

First thing I did was to check the 15A headlight fuse under the seat and it was not blown My next thought was to check and see if they had somehow inadvertently knocked the wires off of the inside of the switches since they installed a new heating vent right above them on the dash 1 Access the headlamp wiring harness through the front wheel wells 2 Unplug the the headlamps from the wiring harness Be sure to pull on the connector not on the wiring 3 Turn the lamp counterclockwise to remove it 4 Install the new lamp Make sure the tab on the lamp locates properly in the housing The bulb is part number

1 Feb 20 2021 Headlight issue RZR S 1000 Ok guys so I have a 2020 1000s I was running the other night and the headlights just quit working I thought It was a fuse But I checked all the fuses and grounds at the back near the clutch cover I have power to the fuse box but no power to the switch I even trying replacing the switch Headlight switch may have corrosion in it Spray it with contact cleaner or take it apart and be very carfull not to lose springs and steel ball and clean it If this atv has been ran without a bettery it is possible that all the bulbs are blown I would make sure you are getting power to the light socket first
